PD believes this was a pivotal piece that foreshadows the essence of the Infernal Restraints Site. The article brings together important influences in PD’s evolving practice of BDSM. The stocks segment is a direct homage to George Pichard from Marie-Gabrielle (Georges Pichard (1920-2003)). Another segment is an aproximate rendition inspired by the incomparable Gord (House of Gord). Gord’s work stands out for its primal originality that is well beyond the ability of the most cynical knockoffs. Both of these artist have greatly influenced PD. The final ingredient that made this piece possible was the performer Piglet. Piglet’s devotion to the shoot was incomparable; once she was in, she did not flag, give up, or waiver in her determination to please. Her genuine enthusiasm was an inspiration to PD and he would work hard to create works that honored her.
